Avoid caffeine a few hours prior—it can make you restless. Refrain from shaving or waxing right before to prevent skin irritation. A light meal 60-90 minutes before ensures a quiet stomach. And remember, hydration is key—both pre and post-float.

Our rooms are equipped with calming LED blue lights. Once inside the tank, you can choose to float nude or in swimwear. With the tank’s lid closed, you’ll be in a sensory-deprived environment, allowing your mind to drift into deep relaxation.

You’ll always float, thanks to the buoyant salt water. And don’t worry about claustrophobia; the sensory deprivation tank’s design ensures a comfortable experience. Trust us, 60 minutes will fly by.

Our tanks undergo UV Light Sterilization and Ozone Purification, eliminating harmful microorganisms. Plus, mandatory pre-float showers and our stringent cleaning protocols ensure a pristine environment.

Absolutely! Just follow the same precautions as swimming. Many find it alleviates PMS symptoms.

No temporary coloring in your hair. We recommend you wait 7-10 days after any dying of hair before floating. **PLEASE NO BRIGHT COLORS** Check that the water running through your hair in the shower at home is coming out fully clear. If any color comes out, it’s best to wait a few more days or showers. 

You should also wait to float if you have recently (in the past 48 hours) had a spray tan or used self tanner. (If you cause stains to the tank and we need to replace water or cancel floats, you will be charged accordingly, thank you.)
