Reiki’s focus lies in the seven primary energy centers, known as Chakras, residing within your being. These energy hubs must experience unhindered flow throughout your body for you to attain spiritual, physical, and mental well-being. When these energy centers encounter blockages, a cascade of ailments may manifest – illness, weakness, pain, stress, and even mental and emotional instability.
Float Therapy is an incredible way to quiet the mind, rejuvenate the body and strengthen the human spirit. This unique experience requires lying on your back in an enclosed, soundproof float pod, which is filled with 10 inches of water heated to skin temperature and saturated with 1,200 lbs of pharmaceutical grade epsom salt. This creates a zero gravity environment that provides effortless buoyancy for the body. Once peacefully settled, the sensation of where the water starts and your body ends are unified as one, leaving you to slip away into a deep meditative state.
A special light source, each individual color helps your mind/body and spirit in many ways. It works best sitting or laying under everyday for about 30 to 60 minutes.
